We’re hosting three Christmas Party nights in December — Thursday 5th, 12th and 19th — and are inviting groups of all sizes to come along and eat, drink and be merry!

Our award-winning head chef, Martin O’Donnel, and his team have designed a bespoke set Christmas menu for Blackrock Cottage for the festive season, and it is sure to be popular with groups of all sizes on our Party Nights.

“The Turkey and Ham Wellington is always a huge favourite,” said Martin.
“We forget sometimes that not everybody eats turkey and ham on Christmas Day so a lot of people enjoy eating it when they go out. I always think it feels like Christmas when you’re eating turkey and ham!

“We also have a festive ‘After Eight Chocolate Fondant’ which is made to order, and it oozes After Eight chocolate when you cut into it.
“That’s very popular too and has been on my menu for years.
“We’re expecting a great demand for our Christmas Party Nights and we think anybody who books won’t regret it. There’s something very special about Blackrock Cottage at Christmas.”

“The Cottage is such a lovely spot to meet up,” he explained.
“I think the unique location, the relaxed atmosphere and, obviously, the quality of the food just all lends itself to a Christmas catch-up or get-together.”
