Blackrock Cottage, Galway’s award-winning restaurant at the end of Salthill Promenade, invites guests to ring in the New Year with an unforgettable Gala Dinner on Tuesday, December 31st.

With the stunning backdrop of Galway Bay, this exclusive event promises a night of fine dining and celebratory ambiance to welcome 2025 in style.

Blackrock Cottage’s Gala Dinner is set to feature a sumptuous three-course menu, highlighting the best of local, seasonal ingredients and fresh Atlantic seafood.

Guests can expect a gourmet journey with dishes such as Doonbeg crab on toast, Achill Island Cote de Boeuf, roast monkfish and west coast catch of the day, along with indulgent desserts, all perfectly paired with selections from the restaurant’s extensive wine list.

Blackrock Cottage also features a wide range of cocktails and non-alcoholic options while Guinness and craft beer are also on the menu.

Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with a complimentary glass of champagne before beginning an evening of culinary delight.
